What this page does and does not collect

This page does not have contact forms, email signups, or analytics. No data is stored on a server controlled by Alex Pfeffer beyond standard web-server access logs (IP address, timestamp, requested file, referrer, user-agent), which are kept for security and operational purposes for a short retention period and not used to profile visitors. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operating a secure website).

Hosting

This page is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (San Francisco, USA). Netlify processes the access-log data described above on behalf of the controller. Netlify's privacy notice: netlify.com/privacy.

YouTube video (only after click)

The Jeff Rona testimonial section shows a static thumbnail until you click play. Only after you click does the YouTube player from Google Ireland Limited load. At that point Google may set cookies and process your IP address. By clicking play you consent to that data processing. Google's privacy notice: policies.google.com/privacy.

Audio files

The audio samples are hosted on the same server as this page. Playing them does not contact any third party.

Outbound links

The "Enroll" buttons link to Skool.com (Skool Network, Inc.). When you follow them, Skool's terms and privacy notice apply: skool.com/legal.

Cookies

This page sets no cookies of its own. Cookies may be set by YouTube only after you click the play button on the testimonial video.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, and port your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Germany, the data-protection authority of your federal state).
